Summary

Implementation of an Activity log
On each card, logs (previously called "Notifications") are automatically stored when certain fields are updated (e.g.: editing a step) or when certain events are performed (e.g.: sharing a card, extraction).
From now on, all these updates will be stored in an Activity log accessible, depending on permissions:
at the bottom of any card to view only the modifications/updates made to it
From the user's personal menu to view all modifications/updates made to modules/cards
Prerequisites
A manager can access the Activity log of a card only if they have write permissions on all tabs of the relevant card.
Similarly, a manager can see the "global" activity log (from their personal menu) only if they have access rights to the admin interface AND absolute read/write rights to all group data.

Resources module available on the mobile app
On IOS and Android, the Resources module is now accessible without going through web navigation.
You can now view all your resources and also perform quick actions (call, sms, email) from a card, or access the timesheets, expenses, and absences of this person.

Improvements on the Compta and Payroll app
Thanks to your suggestions, we have made improvements to the application.
General configuration
Administration > Apps/Marketplace > Compta and Payroll > Configuration button
You can now choose to:
Group expenses by code section
Group absences by period
Choose to extract the unit amount, quantity, or total amount of a contractual benefit (e.g.: meal voucher)
Addition of a configuration section for an accounting account per resource
A Configuration button has been added to the Expense Report tab to allow you to add an accounting account per resource.
The extraction will take this account into account, if it is filled in, or else the registration number, otherwise.

Force uppercase display for LAST NAMES
To improve visibility between last names and first names and to have a consistent nomenclature in your different search views, we now force the display of last names and company names in uppercase. This will be effective on the following cards:
Candidate card
Resource card
CRM contact card
In the display of the different modules.
Modification applied only to display.
If you entered your data without uppercase, they will be recorded in our database as you entered them. Likewise, if you perform extractions, we will not force uppercase in the extracted values but will use the input as you entered it.

Better management of start/end dates for packages
Now, entering package projects is easier so your dates adapt to your project extensions. When updating or creating a delivery/group:
if the end date is later than the project end date => then the delivery end date is copied to the project end date
if the start date is earlier than the project start date => then the delivery start date is copied to the project start date
You always have the possibility to manually edit the start/end dates of your package projects, but with this new feature we avoid manual updates when changes are made to deliveries/groups.

Default display by update date
To improve the relevance of views in the different modules, you will now see at the top of your searches the cards that have been "worked on" last. They are sorted by the date of last activity, and this date corresponds to the most recent date between the card update date and the update date of the child cards (actions, positionings, ...) attached.
Thus, actions are no longer considered as card updates and do not distort the "Update date" field of each card (an update therefore really corresponds to a change made to one of the card's fields).
Only in "default" sorting
This sorting is only done by default; if you decide to sort by another criterion, to return to this one you need to "reset your search" (option available in advanced filters).

Performance improvements
To improve BoondManager's performance. We have made several major (invisible) improvements in this release:
Improved performance in PDF generation
Removal of "notification" actions to integrate them into the activity log (which will lighten the "Actions" views, dashboards and reporting)
Management of bulk modifications in "asynchronous" mode so you can continue to navigate and your tasks will be processed as soon as the load allows.
