Dashboard Redesign
From now on, the dashboard view consists of two tabs:
Overview
The Overview tab gives you a view of your latest Timesheets, Expenses, and Absences, as well as one or more dashboards (configured at the Administration level) and certain documents if the CorporateDocs app is enabled.
Notifications
The Notifications tab helps you quickly find configured notifications. Notifications are grouped by topic and you only see the titles. You can expand all notifications or only the ones you choose.

Automatic Expense Receipt Recognition (OCR)
When creating your expense reports, you can drag and drop your receipt (invoice, receipt) so the tool parses the document and pre-fills the report. You just need to check everything is correct and save (then validate if you have finished entering data).

New Document Viewer
The Viewer app lets you view your documents without downloading them (handy for quickly reading resumes, receipts, Orders, etc.).

LinkedIn Gadget
You were all waiting for it, and here it is :)
You can now create a new candidate profile directly from LinkedIn.

Search Optimization
To help you perform more advanced searches in the Candidates, Resources, and CRM modules, we have enhanced the search functionality.
Now, you can use the words "AND", "OR", "NOT" and parentheses to perform increasingly refined searches.

2020 was also an opportunity for us to add several features to simplify your billing process.
PostProduction Updates
PostProduction is the flagship app to help you optimize project billing in TA mode. With the new features, whether you have 5 projects or hundreds to bill, it won’t take you any more time:
A streamlined view for your comfort: You can expand/collapse each project for better visibility and navigation in PostProduction
Timesheet validation status directly available: For each delivery in the project, you have the validation status of your employee's timesheet
Adding notes: You can now add annotations to help you.

Implementation of Signed Activity Reports
To help you track the collection of signed Activity Reports and their communication to your clients, BoondManager has evolved to allow you to:
Identify projects where you need to collect signed Activity Reports
Alert your employees that they need to attach their signed Activity Report
Identify missing signed Activity Reports on your projects
Prevent billing when a signed Activity Report is missing
Attach signed Activity Reports as appendices to your invoices (via Emailing or Download Center)

Evidentiary Value of Expense Reports
An integration with the trusted third party Signaturit has been implemented to ensure evidentiary value for receipts indexed to your expense reports (with certified timestamp and digital archiving for 10 years).

ExtractPayroll Updates
ExtractPayroll is the app used for a synthetic view of timesheet and expense validation statuses, and to generate a payroll preparation file for your accountant.
New features:
A streamlined view for your comfort: You can expand/collapse each row to see (or not) the detail of paid benefits each month
Sortable columns for better management of reminders on timesheets and expenses
Adding notes so you can annotate and insert them into the export file

Accounting & Payroll
A complete redesign was carried out to make it more ergonomic, easier to use, and to allow you to configure the app more easily.
We also improved our exports to adapt to different accounting-payroll organizations: Silae, Sage, and Cegid.

APIs for All Your Needs
This year was an opportunity for us to deliver our new APIs that offer immense possibilities to meet your most ambitious needs.
These APIs allow you to automate everything possible in BoondManager (via the interface). So, if you want to automate reading/creating/editing/deleting cards, just use our API to do it.

In general, to know which API to use, just navigate in BoondManager to the card/view where you want to create automation and check
your browser URL: to see the name of the API to call
the "Network" tab of your browser console: to retrieve the details of the request sent (and use it as inspiration)

Zapier Integration v1.0
Zapier is an app that will help you connect your various tools (without code) together to automatically perform certain actions from one tool to another as needed. You can:
Automate the creation of a candidate, company, contact, or opportunity when a form of your choice is filled out, or after answering a questionnaire
Create an action in BoondManager as soon as an event is added to your calendar
Create an action in BoondManager as soon as an email is received at an email address
Create a resource in BoondManager as soon as a candidate in your ATS is marked as recruited
Automatically update the states of your invoices if you have a bank reconciliation tool (accounting tool or other, etc...)
