05/07/2015 - Version 6.5 of your BoondManager application has arrived!

BoondManager, based on your suggestions, keeps evolving! Thank you for reviewing the enhancements:

  • Dashboards: Addition of configurable charts

  • Configuration of need/project types

  • New App: DataClosing

  • New App: ExtractBI

  • Simplification of the "Perimeter" filter during searches

  • Various improvements

Dashboards: Addition of configurable charts

Your homepage now features configurable charts from the account configuration, Manager Interface > My Profile > "Configure" button.

The available charts are:

  • Periodic objectives: Each periodic objective defined for you is represented by a gauge, Displayed by default with this new version

  • Recruitment funnel: Funnel chart for indicators Nb new candidates/Nb phone + in-person interviews/Nb hires, Displayed by default with this new version

  • Sales funnel: Funnel chart for indicators Nb meetings/Nb opportunities/Nb positionings/Nb client presentations/Nb projects created, Displayed by default with this new version

  • Opportunity distribution: Pie chart showing the distribution of stages of created opportunities, Displayed by default with this new version

  • Candidate distribution: Pie chart showing the distribution of stages of created candidates, Displayed by default with this new version

  • Turnover Charged, Turnover Signed: Bar chart for turnover figures, Displayed by default with this new version

  • Turnover Charged, Turnover Production, Turnover Signed: Bar chart for turnover figures

  • Synthesis: Bar chart for indicators Nb candidates/Nb internal resources/Nb CRM companies/Nb CRM contacts/Nb opportunities/Nb positionings/Nb projects, Displayed by default with this new version

Some charts have configurable indicators, Administration Interface > Dashboard Configuration:

  • Recruitment funnel: Selection of "Interview" type actions

  • Sales funnel: Selection of "Meeting" type actions

Configuration of need/project types

You can now configure your own need/project typology other than the default: TA, Package, Recruitment, and Product! You could create this typology: TA, TMA, Training, Package, Internal Project, R&D, Recruitment, Products ...

Configuration of need types is done from: Administrator Interface > Global Data Configuration > "Global" tab

New App: Dataclosing

DataClosing allows you to close timesheets, expense reports & invoices. These documents, once closed, are non-editable and non-deletable - only the State and Date payment received fields of invoices remain editable

New App: ExtractBI

ExtractBI enables you to generate custom CSV exports of all your BoondManager data, either one-time or periodically.

  • Easy interfacing with an external BI solution

  • Opportunity to create exports different from those provided by default on BoondManager

  • Periodic exports are stored in your download center

Simplification of the "Perimeter" filter during searches

Until now, searching with the Perimeter filter could restrict your results when you selected Agencies AND Managers or groups of Managers (the Business units) because an "AND" function was applied within this filter! Now, the "OR" function is used between these sets (Agencies, Managers, and Business units). = Your search results are therefore broader :)

CRM Module

  • Ability to search CRM contacts for whom no action has been performed during a given period. A handy search option to help you spot CRM contacts to reach out to!

Manager Interface > CRM module > filters "Type" on "Contact" AND "Period" on "No action"

Opportunity Module

  • Ability to duplicate an opportunity. A handy function to reuse the characteristics of an existing opportunity!

  • Creating a project by switching an opportunity to the Won stage can now be prevented!

Projects Module

  • Carry over specific conditions when extending deliveries

  • Addition of Sale Rate & ADC columns when exporting deliveries to CSV

Times, Expenses & Absences Module

  • You can now decide to authorize absence types by Resource! This allows you to prevent certain employees from accessing specific absence selections with associated balances (RTT, CP ...)

Manager Interface > Resources module > Resource profile > "Configure" button > filters "Authorized absence types"

  • When rejecting a document, you can reject the entire validation chain to fully correct the document

  • Expense reports for your resources can now be marked as "Paid" directly from the "Expenses" tab of their profile

Billing Module

  • Highlighting the Order Number field in the Billing module and the WPostProduction App

  • Ability to configure invoices to display the Activity Types entered in timesheets (for monthly billing)

Administrator Interface > Global Data Configuration > "Billing" tab

  • Display of the details of exceptional times entered on invoice profiles

Reporting Module

  • Addition of the indicator Nb opportunities by stage

Manager Interface > Activity Reports module > "Reporting" tab > filter "Type" on "Sales"

  • Addition of the indicator Nb new candidates by stage

Manager Interface > Activity Reports module > "Reporting" tab > filter "Type" on "Recruitment"

  • Replacement of current charts by our new highcharts library, also used for your dashboards, feel free to try them!

Manager Interface > Activity Reports module > "Reporting" & "Client Distribution" tab > replace the "Table" item with "Charts"

To add these indicators to your reporting: Manager Interface > Activity Reports > "Reporting" tab > "Configure" button

WNotifications App

  • Ability to search Notifications from all accessible managers

Manager Interface > WNotifications App > "Edit your Notification preferences" button

Addition of new calendars

  • Addition of French Polynesia and Canada - Quebec calendars

Calendar configuration is done from:

  • Administrator Interface > Global Data Configuration > "Global" tab

  • Administrator Interface > Legal Agencies > Agency profile > "Information" tab

List of BoondManager upgrades/updates

  • Addition of a permanent shortcut at the bottom right of your interface, near the contact link, to allow you to access the list of all updates made by BoondManager for each version whenever you wish

BoondManager Administration

  • Ability to sort action/state lists alphabetically

Administrator Interface > Global Data Configuration > "Actions/States" tab
