Innovation #1: Batch management |
Batch management allows you to monitor and analyze your fixed-price projects in greater detail. Batch management is available for reading/writing jointly by authorized managers and project leaders.
Thanks to this feature, you can:
create batches and indicate the allocation of Signed Turnover for each batch
create milestones, associated or not with a project resource, in each batch
for each milestone, define its duration & progress; BoondManager calculates the "Remains to be done" for you
log timesheets & expenses for resources on each batch of the project
get a summary of consumption per batch for each project resource
automatically build billing schedules
Advanced qualification of the candidate recruitment process |
On candidate cards, advanced qualification now allows you to:
In addition to the "Evaluation" field, you can now assess your candidates on multiple evaluation criteria configurable from your admin console. Each evaluation is linked to the manager who created it
configure the list of CV source types from your admin console
retain the candidate card creation date in addition to the card update date
Addition of a tool list with proficiency level on Technical Data Sheets (TD) |
On candidate & resource cards, "TD" tab, you can now define a list of tools and qualify the proficiency level for each tool by the candidate/resource. This list is fully configurable from your admin console
Improved invoice and order management |
On the "Type" filter in the Billing module:
Addition of the "Projects/Orders" field to help you identify all projects without "ongoing" orders or with inconsistencies between billable Turnover and Signed Turnover
Addition of the "Monthly Billing" field to help you check if you have properly billed your various projects with TA-type billing (alert on invoice creation + comparison between production Turnover and billed Turnover)

Resource Module
Ability to list all resources without a contract, see filter "Period" > field "No contract"
Project Module
Display of occupation rate on mission cards
Shortcut to transfer projects on mission cards
Addition of order date on the "Billing" tab table of project cards
Positioning Module
Display of occupation rate on positioning cards
CRM & Billing Module
Addition of a third address in the billing details of company cards
Display of the CRM contact, defined in the billing details, on the PDF invoice
Order Card
Improved entry of billing schedules. You can now enter a percentage of the "Turnover to be billed" amount!
An icon indicates for each schedule if an invoice has already been generated
Expenses, Absences & Timesheets Module
Admin Console > "Agencies" > "Agency" card > "Timesheets, Expenses & Absences" tab
From the admin console, you can specify if alerts should appear in case your resources exceed absence quotas on their timesheets and absence requests
Link to pointed projects from timesheet and expense cards
Intranet Module
Your resources can now sort their projects
Reporting "Projects" Module
Reporting > Projects > "Configuration" button
Addition of indicators for Margin/Actual Production Profitability/Billed Profitability
Application-wide
Change in the graphical display of all "Totals" at the bottom of tables to bring more cheerfulness and clarity to the application
New Apps on the marketplace |
WPlanProduction: displays a graphical production plan of logged timesheets and absence requests. This app simplifies project planning and activity tracking for collaborators
WContracts: lists resource contracts
We strongly encourage you to review all Apps delivered on our Marketplace (Apps for interfacing with Google Apps, payroll preparation, etc.).

Only your company administrator, from the "Marketplace" section (located at the top right of the screen), can install Apps on your interface and then manually activate them for the relevant manager accounts.
We remain fully available to provide information about our Apps, which can bring real complementary features to BoondManager's standard modules.
