More granular Configuration of the key "Business units managers reading access for the whole group" |
You can now refine the key "Business units managers reading access for the whole group" by specifying whether it applies to the "Perimeter" field in the search modules or the "Main manager" field during reassignments. Only your administrator can configure this key from: "Administrator" interface > "Accounts" > "Account" card

Improvement of the Timesheets, Expenses & My absences module |
We have made 3 improvements to your use of timesheets & expense reports:
The selection areas for projects, hour types, and expense types automatically expand with your window to increase your comfort of use
The numbering of actual expenses can now range from 0 to 32767
The "Fill/Clear all working days" checkbox is smarter, completing the remaining days/work units to fill based on those already entered

From the WTriggersAbsences App, you can now import all your absence balances by clicking on
, and thus keep your resources' quotas up to date. Each month or periodically, you can easily update your resources' data based on payroll information.

In the Purchases module, you can now filter according to the different existing purchase types (unit, monthly subscription, ...).

In all search modules, the "Default" checkbox & its behavior have changed. You will now find one of 3 icons depending on your Configuration:
Memorize the filters of the current search for this module
Do not memorize the filters of the current search for this module
Reset all search filters for this module to their default value
Additionally, you can configure the default behavior for memorizing all your searches by specifying whether you want to memorize your default filters for each new search: My Account > "Configure" button > "Account" card > "Search memorization" field

We have just launched the validation of the first mobile version of BoondManager with Apple. We hope to allow you to download it by mid-August and will simultaneously provide access to the Android marketplace version. This application will initially give you access to the Actions, Candidates & CRM modules, then, before Christmas, we plan to deliver the Resources, Timesheets, Expenses & My absences modules. Stay tuned to our messages to be the first to download and use our mobile app.
