Version 1.0 of our mobile application delivered |
We are happy and proud to present version 1.0 of our mobile application available for iOS and Android. For now, the Candidates, Actions & CRM modules are available. By the end of 2013, we plan to deliver the Resources module as well as Timesheets, Expenses & Absences, enabling your resources to easily log their activity & photograph their receipts.
Our goal: To be the first SaaS ERP publishers for service companies to deliver a true mobile application!

, has been greatly improved:
You can share all BoondManager records (Resource, Candidate, Opportunity, CRM, Purchase, Timesheet, Invoice, Order ...)
You can create recipient groups and save them
Your administrator can now configure default messages for each record type you wish to share from: "Administrator" interface > "Global data configuration" > "Record sharing"

We have made 2 improvements to your use of timesheets, expense reports & absence requests:
When you reject a document, the email sent to the previous validator contains the reason for rejection
You can permanently reject, and thus archive, a document so the previous validator cannot edit it (This prevents them from continuously receiving notifications)

We have made the Soap API DumpDatabase available, allowing your developers to generate, when calling this function, once per day maximum, a backup of your Database in SQL format.
Our goal: Open BoondManager & facilitate its integration with external applications!
