Improved entry of absence requests |
A block "New Period" now allows you to pre-fill the leave days "to be taken"
To create periods: Select the type of absence, the description & check the desired leave days, then click "Add these periods" in the "New Period" block
The created periods are consecutive leave days
Automatic filling of absences on timesheets |
Only during manual or automatic creation of timesheets, automatic filling of absences will be based on previously validated absence requests
Increase in the size of certain fields |
The fields "Application Areas", "Intervention Areas" in resource, candidate & CRM contact cards have been increased to a maximum of 10 items
Addition of fields to the billing module |
The fields "Invoice legal notices" and "Display client IC VAT on PDF" have been added to purchase orders
You can set the default values for these fields from the "Agencies" admin account, then the "Billing Configuration" tab
The "Legal notices" field is displayed on invoice PDFs in the footer above your company legal information
