  1. Simple and pleasant entry from your mobile browser ;)

  2. To lighten the view, absence balances are hidden by default. However, they can be opened by clicking Show absence balances.

  3. You can click the + button to add a new absence request and enter the requested days in each corresponding calendar box.

  4. You now have a calendar tile display showing the type and, if you wish, a quick description of your leave request.

If an absence request has already been made or validated, then the day appears in gray and it is not possible to enter on it. If it was a half-day and you try to enter more than a half-day on the remaining part, then the validation of the tile is impossible and you get an error message:

You can edit or delete the tiles

Important :

Leave validation remains mandatory so that the next validator receives a notification and can validate in turn.

Note: Each colored border corresponds to a type of absence.

Note!

When an absence request is validated, the timesheet of the concerned resource is automatically pre-filled. If the resource later modifies the pre-filled absences, an alert appears on the timesheet "The entered absences do not match your validated absence requests!".

Pre-filling the timesheet works after the validation of an absence request only if the timesheet has not yet been created in the tool. If the timesheet has already been created and the resource has not entered their absences, an alert then appears on the screen "The entered absences do not match your validated absence requests!".

The display of requested absences has been simplified (number by absence type as well as the relevant months). Much clearer, right?

Employees can view their absence balances in the dedicated tab if the administrator has enabled it.

2- My balances

This tab displays absence balances based on absences taken as notified on the timesheets, and also based on parameters defined by your company administrator (quota at the beginning of the period + monthly increments + automatic carryover of unused days to the next period).

  1. Each type of absence and each period has its own counter

  2. By opening the balance details, you find on the left the Acquired counter (N-1 leave) with the details of what was requested and taken and the forecast.

  3. On the right is the In progress counter (N leave) with the details of what was requested and taken and the forecast.

  4. These are the declared absences in your fully validated timesheets up to the previous month.

  5. This is the balance at time T

  6. This is what will remain once the requested absences to date have actually been taken.

Important

This data is provided for information purposes and does not replace the information on your payslip. Its accuracy depends on the configuration of the tool and whether absences have been properly entered each time.
