The Pylote application enables recruiters to automatically retrieve the availability and profile of thousands of tech freelancers directly on BoondManager.
Prerequisites
Pylote is a paid service that requires a meeting with its teams. The startup reviews each request, ensures that the proposed assignments match their expectations, and then validates API access. It’s also an opportunity to introduce the company and answer your questions.

Installation and configuration
Go to the marketplace to install the Pylote application:
Administration > Apps/MarketPlace > MarketPlace tab > Pylote
Installation
Click the "Install" button at the top right of the screen ⤵️
Configuration
Once installed, you must configure the visibility of the application so that the relevant managers can access the application.
Click the "Configure resource access to the app" button at the top right of the screen to choose who can view this application.
Once the operation is complete, click the "Configuration" button:
You will then arrive at this page ⤵️
Once on this screen, click "Request access", answer the questions, and Pylote teams will get back to you within 24 hours to schedule a meeting.

Using the application
How does it work?
Once the contract is signed and the subscription is paid, you will have access to this screen ⤵️
To import the freelance database, click the "Update" button.
Once the operation is complete, go to the Candidates database, where you will see the database updating.
The full import can take from 10 to 30 minutes.
