This application provides the following features:
View the list of resources with an Active/Inactive intranet
Bulk activate/deactivate the intranets of your collaborators
Bulk modify intranet roles for your collaborators

Install the IntranetAccount application
Administration > Apps/MarketPlace > Marketplace tab > IntranetAccounts > click Install
Go to the Marketplace of BoondManager, then select the IntranetAccount app and click Download and authorize the application to access BoondManager.

Authorize a manager to use the IntranetAccount application
Administration > Module Managers/Roles > Manager Account / Role card > Apps section
For your managers to have access to the App, you need to activate it for the relevant people by going to their roles, then to the "Apps" section and checking the box next to IntranetAccount.

View resources with an Active/Inactive intranet
From this view, you can filter your resources using some standard filters and a new "Subscription" filter that allows you to display only resources with an intranet Active or Inactive, and which Intranet role has been assigned to them (employee / freelance / subcontractor).

Activate/Deactivate the intranets of your resources
After applying the filters of your choice (filters on the type / state of your resources in particular), you can use the bulk modifier to Activate/Deactivate the intranet for a group of resources.
If you activate intranets in bulk, you will also have the option to choose from which date you want documents (timesheets and expense reports) to be created by your resource or yourself.

Modify the intranet roles of your resources
You can also modify the intranet roles of your resources in bulk from the App. To do this, you can filter by resource type, then select them to modify their role in bulk.
As a reminder, if you wish to modify these intranet roles, you can do so from Administration.
