Store your resources' emergency contacts

Say goodbye to your Excel file that gathers your resources' emergency contacts: be even more efficient in managing information about your resources by adding the Emergency Contacts app and storing the information directly in Boond!


App installation & configuration

To install the app, you must have access rights to Administration, section Apps/Marketplace.

Administration > Apps/Marketplace > Marketplace tab > Emergency Contacts

Dependency on Resource module rights

This app allows an additional section to appear on the Administrative tab of the Resource card. Any manager with "read" rights on the "Administrative Data" group of the "Resources" module will see the information.


Adding an emergency contact to a card

This app allows an additional section to appear on the Administrative tab of the Resource card.

Resource Card > Administrative Tab > Bottom of the page

Here you can add up to 2 emergency contacts:

  1. Enter the last name and first name of the contact

  2. Then add the phone number

  3. And finally the link to the resource

Can I add more contacts?

It is not possible to add more than 2 emergency contacts.

Can I edit the "Relation" dropdown list?

It is not possible to customize this list. We have included the most common options. Feel free to share an insight on our roadmap if you think of another important category!

Can I hide this section from a manager even if they have access to the Administrative tab?

If the manager has access to the Administrative tab (read rights on Administrative Data) and you have chosen to use the Emergency Contacts app, then they will be able to see this section. It is not possible to hide only this section.
