Candidates+

Candidates+ offers you a Candidates module with advanced features, allowing you to record all important elements about a candidate without needing to switch tabs. This makes it visually convenient to obtain synthesis sheets for your candidates.


Install the App

Please note this section requires access to the Administrator interface.

Add the App

Several additional features are available in Boond as a free App, made available in the Marketplace.

Go to Administration > Apps / Marketplace

Then click on Candidate+ and on the Install button. Confirm.

Congratulations! The App is added to your interface.

Activate the App for the managers of your choice

For an App to work, you must grant authorization to the managers of your choice to use it. To do this, go to the desired manager role(s), then activate the checkbox in the Apps section and save.

This way, the App will be visible only to those who need it.

Once installed and activated, the app is ready to be used!


General view of the App

The Candidate+ app offers advanced features compared to the standard Candidate module, such as:

  • Column selection & order for display

  • Candidate sheet synthesis

  • PDF synthesis of candidate sheets

  • Management of 4 additional fields: Evaluation test note, Wishes, Application reason, and Job search

To use it, you can log in with your standard manager account after ensuring the application has been activated for you (see first point). To do this, click on Apps > Candidates+

You have the opportunity to select columns by clicking directly on the cogwheel configuration. On the left, you see the available columns, and on the right, those you currently have. To add a column, simply click the + button or drag it to your desired spot in the right box.

On the right, you can use the arrows to order them as you wish or click the small bin to remove them.

If you wish to restore the default configuration, simply empty the list entirely and save.

  1. You find all the columns retained in the configuration

  2. The icons at the end of the line allow you to:
    - Download a synthesis of the candidate sheet
    - Download the candidate's resume
    - Edit the candidate sheet

Filters present in the module

The filters allow you to search precisely within your candidate pool. To make the most of them, you must first have configured the candidate state references, skills references, and mobility.


Candidate sheet view

You find all the "classic" information about the candidate, as well as their main manager and the source. Then you can indicate on the same tab all information related to their job search and their hard skills and soft skills qualifications.

  1. You find the TD information such as: diplomas, experience level, skills, mastered tools, and application areas, as well as expertise areas

  2. You have the possibility to indicate wishes, application reasons, and information about the candidate's job search.
    It can be imagined that the entry is made during the interview, for example.

  3. You can indicate salary and salary expectations

  4. You find your synthetic evaluation of the candidate
