Advantages

Advantage is an App accessible from the BoondManager marketplace.

It allows you to visualize and extract at a glance all the paid advantages for your employees.


Install the App and authorize a manager to use it

For this part, Administrator access is required.
If you do not have it, you must ask your Administrator to follow the installation and authorization steps.

Install the application

Administration Interface > Apps/Marketplace > Advantages > click on Install then Confirm

Authorize a manager or group of managers to use the App

Administration> Managers tab OR Role tab > manager or role record > Apps section

To do this, you need to check the box next to the Advantages app and then Save.

Features

Advantages allows you to list all the advantages of your resources

  • Listing by perimeter, type & state of resource

  • CSV extraction of listings

  • Bulk delete of paid advantages by mistake

  1. By opening the filters, you can choose the agency, resource type, and also filter by the state of the Resources. You can also set a period to more easily find the information you are interested in.

  2. Each item in the list is clickable to go directly to the advantages record and edit it if needed.
    You can use the checkbox on the left of each row to bulk select advantages (for example, to delete them).

  3. You can export the list of advantages to Excel.
