This application allows you to modify the validation workflow for timesheets, expense reports, and absence requests.

Installation and Configuration of the Application
Administration > Apps/Marketplace > Marketplace tab > AnsweringValidator > Install

Features
AnsweringValidators allows you to:
Replace a manager present in a validation workflow
Example:
Your manager A goes on vacation, and you assign the validation of timesheets to another manager B during their absence.
AnsweringValidators will automatically find all documents pending validation by manager A & all validation workflows where manager A is present and replace them with manager B.
When manager A returns, you just need to cancel this replacement!

Using the Application
Apps > AnsweringValidator
Click the "Create a responder" button
Select the manager to be replaced
Select the person who will replace them
Check or uncheck the option to send an email to notify them of the transfer
