This tutorial aims to help you with the configuration of miscellaneous rights for a module.

The Miscellaneous section allows you to go further on certain rights:

  1. Main authorizations

  2. Reassignments

  3. Others

Main authorizations

In this category, you can grant rights for:

  • Creation on the records of the relevant module

  • Delete on the records of the relevant module

IMPORTANT!

If this option is enabled, the user can delete records whose "Main data" group is accessible in write mode.

Reassignments

In this category, you can define reassignment rights on:

  • Main manager and/or HR:

    • Managers of their Agencies

    • Managers of their business units

    • Managers of their poles

    • Their managers N-1

    • Themselves

  • Agency:

    • All Agencies

    • Their Agencies

    • Their main Agency

  • Pole:

    • All poles

    • Their poles

    • Their main pole

Note:

In the last column "Customize", you can add Agencies, business units, managers and/or poles that are not, by default, in their initial perimeter (for example, another pole than the one they are attached to).

Others

In this category, you can enable other options.

These options are generally disabled as they grant important rights.

Note:

The proposed options usually have a "tooltip" that displays an explanation on hover.

  • View records "Visible for you only"

We invite you to refer to the article Create and configure a role to go further in specific configuration by module.
