Track/Analyze End of Process

To help you track and analyze your processes, you can indicate an end of process reason on certain card states.


Configure an End of Process

Administration > Global settings > Actions/States tab

Identify "end of process" states

An icon

appears at the end of the line for states where you can create end of process.

Create your end of process

Note:

You can update your end of process at any time using the archive function.


Indicate an End of Process on a Card

When an end of process is associated with the state of a card, a pop-up appears allowing you to choose the desired end of process as well as a comment.

Track your end of process

On the relevant views, you will be able to visualize the end of contract reason, and for some, the associated comment.

Analyze your end of process

On all modules where end of process can be implemented, we have added two columns allowing you to extract the reason and the associated comment.
