Add or edit directly from the company card
CRM > Company card > Billing tab
By default, the tool automatically uses the company details defined in the Information tab. You can then set the billing details you want to display on your invoices (Company, Contact, Email, Address1, Address2...)
Note
For email addresses entered for sending your invoices, you can specify up to 10 recipients.

Make sure to specify the sending method directly from the billing details.
The legal information mentioned here can be included in the invoice PDF if you check the relevant items in the linked order.

Select existing billing details on the project order
Billing > Orders view > Information tab
In the "Billing method" section you can choose to Edit the billing details or create new ones:
On your order, you can edit the billing details to use or create new ones.
Distinguish different emails for sending and reminders of invoices
On the right side of the billing details card you can specify different email addresses depending on the type of sending: first send or reminder.
In the Details field, you can enter one or more billing addresses (main recipients, copy and/or blind copy) that will be used for standard invoice sending via Emailing by selecting "Send by email".
In the Reminder details field, you can enter one or more reminder addresses for these same invoices (main recipients, copy and/or blind copy) that will be used for sending via Emailing by selecting "Remind by email"
You can identify invoices whose payment date has passed using the dynamic period filter "Expected payment date: until today" filtered on all your unpaid invoice states.
This will allow you to select them for bulk reminder.

From Administration > Legal Agencies > Billing tab you can:
Choose the sender email address for all your invoice sends
Set an email address to always be copied on all your invoice sends
In your reminder emailing template you can indicate a Reminder 1 or 2 status after sending to identify them more easily and adapt the message body accordingly.
FAQ
Why doesn\'t the client address appear on my invoice?
If your client\'s address does not appear on invoices, it means no billing details were qualified on your client\'s CRM company card or selected on the related order
To resolve this, go to your client\'s company card (in the CRM), qualify the "Billing Details" section, then go to your project order AND select the new address from the order card.
