Introduction to Purchases

The "Purchases" module allows you to manage all purchases related to your company’s operations (equipment purchases, subscriptions, rents, insurance contracts, etc.). It also enables you to view and manage all purchases related to ongoing projects so that their costs are included in the calculation of each project’s financial key indicators. Additionally, you have the option to rebill the purchases made.

This module aims to:

  • make it easier to manage purchases related to projects and/or the company’s operations,

  • provide a precise overview of each project’s costs by taking into account the purchases associated with them,

  • allow you to rebill certain purchases to your clients.
