Introduction to the CRM module

The "CRM" module allows you to manage relationships with your clients, leads, partners, and providers.

The module aims to enable you to:

  • facilitate access to all your Contacts and Companies,

  • share your Contacts by Manager and by Company / Agency,

  • track actions taken and to be taken on each Contact/Company (meeting, call, presentation of consultants, todo reminder, etc.),

  • maintain a history of Opportunities detected with your various Contacts/Companies (states, projected turnover, etc.)

  • find all ongoing and completed Projects (turnover, costs, generated margins, etc.)

The module offers two main display types: a view by Companies and a view by Contacts. Be careful to select the correct type, as this impacts the list and the button to create a new record in your CRM.
