Survey is an application that allows you to poll your resources during the monthly entry of their timesheet. It is an opportunity to ask questions about their overall satisfaction in the company, the current project, etc.

Install and configure the application
Administration > Apps / Marketplace > Survey
Accessibility
Once the application is installed, remember to configure resource access to the application.
Several options are available to you:
Accessible only by authorized managers: you must activate the App for the managers of your choice directly in the Managers/Roles module > Manager or Role card > Apps tab, then check at the end of the relevant row
Accessible by all managers: all your collaborators with a Manager account can use the App
Accessible only by authorized managers & all resources: all your resources can use the App, as well as the authorized managers as explained in the previous point
Accessible by all managers & resources: all your collaborators can use the App

Create a questionnaire
To configure a questionnaire, you must have an Administrator account.
Administration > Apps / Marketplace > Survey > Configuration
From this page, you can add, edit, archive, or delete surveys.
You will then be able to:
enter the question or topic of the survey
select the profile(s) concerned by the survey
choose the type of response for the survey
enable/disable the possibility for the user to comment on their response
archive: no longer display this question in timesheet questionnaires but keep a record of the answers provided so far

View questionnaire results
There are two ways to view the answers to a questionnaire:
during timesheet validation
directly in the Survey app where the answers to the different questionnaires are concatenated. You are then free to configure the filters to display the results you are interested in. If you want to go further in analyzing these results, you can also export the questionnaire results in csv format. To do this, click on the icon:
