To do this, go to:
Administration > Apps / Marketplace > Apps tab > Celebrations > Configuration button
This view lets you edit for each account type the Visible Celebrations, applied perimeter, and exclusions (when applicable).
Here’s how to set up for each profile type in detail.

Select here by checking if your managers are alerted and have access to Birthdays, Work Anniversaries, and new arrivals.
This setting is common to all.
You can choose to hide these 3 events for certain resources based on their State.
By default, we suggest hiding resources in the "Exit" state. The manager perimeter will depend on what is configured in their role for the Resource Module Search view.
If you need help, please refer to the article on permissions.Similarly, it is the manager perimeter on the Resource Module Search view that will allow you to restrict and hide certain resources if needed.
Possible Settings for Intranet Profiles

Select here by checking if your intranet profiles are alerted and have access to Birthdays, Work Anniversaries, and new arrivals. By default, we have chosen not to activate new arrivals for this account type.
By default, your intranet profiles will have access to resources from their agency.
You can choose to extend this to all agencies in your interface. You can exclude resources from celebrations viewed by intranet profiles based on the resource type (e.g.: all types except "Internal Consultant")

You can filter at different levels depending if you are a manager or intranet profile. A manager can filter by "Perimeter", "Resource State", "Resource Type", and "Period". Intranet profiles can only filter by "Resource State" and "Period".
Here you will find the event types you have access to with the list according to the applied filter.
From the Notification Center
As you’ve seen, celebrations are accessible in the app, but so you don’t need to keep an eye on them constantly, we’ve linked notifications that you’ll find in your Notification Center!
Reminder: your Notification Center is accessible by clicking the "bell" icon at the top right of your interface.
Then click "Company Life" to access the list of events!

You can edit them to refine the results according to your personal needs by clicking the cogwheel configuration next to each type.
Here is the workflow for configuring your report.
Once the filter criteria are chosen, simply click "Confirm" to save.Choose here the filters to apply for the desired report.

F.A.Q
💡What can Intranet profiles filter on?
From their Celebrations App, your Intranet profiles can filter only by Resource Type (internal consultants, externals...) according to the perimeter assigned (e.g.: their agency) and the period.
💡Who can see the resource’s age?
The Celebrations app does not provide any indication related to age. You’ll know today is a resource’s birthday but not the year. Age remains confidential in this display.
If it’s a resource within your perimeter, you can click their name to go to their resource card and learn more if needed.
💡Can I set up something specific for a consultant / manager?
Default settings apply to all Intranet OR Manager profile types.
The consultant OR manager can then filter and modify their alerts.
For a Manager profile, their view corresponds to their permission on the Resource module Search view where you can hide resources by type and state if needed (note this will impact the module’s Search view globally).
💡Can I customize the email received by my consultants?
It is not currently possible to customize the email received by your consultants
💡I don’t want my Intranet profiles to have access to Celebrations!
No problem! Just modify the app visibility! The "Configure an app" section of this article will help you change this setting.
