No matter the modules, to avoid having to reconfigure the same search criteria (key words, filters, sorting, and display), you can:
save a configuration of search criteria (e.g.: Key words = Developer AND Javascript, Availability: ASAP, Mobility: Ile-de-France, Display: List ...)
name these searches to easily find them (e.g.: "Java developers available in Paris")
⠀
Save a search
It’s very simple. Just go to the relevant module, perform your search, then click Save the search.
Tip
Feel free to use the Period filter > Dynamic period so the search remains dynamic and the period evolves over time (past, present, and soon future periods).
Share a saved search
You can share your saved searches with other people to structure everyone’s searches. Thus, agency/team managers can create searches and share them with the right people to avoid duplication.
How to share a search?
When saving/displaying the saved search, you’ll see a "Sharing" section appear. You can then select the people with whom you want to share your search:
Once shared, searches are accompanied by an icon to their right:
💡I don’t see the "Sharing" field, why?
To share your searches, your administrator must grant you the right. Please contact your company’s BoondManager administrator and invite them to consult the "Search rights and administration" section of this article. We have detailed the necessary rights and how to grant them.
