BoondManager makes available to your employees an intranet so they can fill in their timesheets, expense reports, and absence requests.
⠀
Basic intranet features
For employees
Thanks to the credentials you provide, resources are automatically directed to the intranet to fill in their timesheets, expenses, and absences. Optionally, you can allow employees to view their absence balances.
The welcome message is fully customizable from your Administrator interface > Configuration of global data > Intranet tab
From your manager interface, you can allow Resources to view and edit their Technical Data (TD). To do this, go to the relevant Resource card, then to the TD tab and check the checkbox:
For manager accounts
Managers do not need an intranet access in addition to their manager license. They simply need to click on "My profile" to access their timesheets, expense reports, absence requests, balances, and projects.

Advanced intranet features
For package-based projects
This intranet is also useful for managing projects. For package-based projects, resources with a "Project Manager" status can have simplified access to the project cards they are responsible for:
- view the consumption of days by each resource assigned to the project,
- view/edit the "Lots-Milestones" and "Consumption" tabs
However, they do not have access to the project's financial data.
Your employee can go to their Project module and see the list of projects they are assigned to.
They access information (client, locations, title), actions performed on the project, deliveries without financial data, and consumption.
The project manager can indicate the estimated remaining work for the assignment.
They also access the timesheets logged by employees on the project only.
To configure this, from your manager interface you must appoint one or more project managers in the delivery tab of the relevant project.
