Boond Pulse: Your AI Assistant in Boond

Written by Charlie Troccaz

🤖 This article was translated by AI.

You speak to it in natural language, it acts directly in your Boond. It searches your data, analyzes, writes, and can even create your actions. All without leaving Boond.

Good to know

This feature is only available on Advanced and Enterprise plans.

It is currently in beta test.

What is it for?

Review an account’s history before a meeting, draft a follow-up, audit a candidate database, enter a demo report… These tasks each take a few minutes, several times a day. Boond Pulse handles them for you. It knows your data, your business, and your screens.

You ask, it does.

Ideal for:

  • Saving time on repetitive daily tasks

  • Preparing your meetings and follow-ups faster

  • Leveraging data already in your Boond, without re-entering it elsewhere

How to access it?

Boond Pulse is accessible:

  • directly from the Boond interface: by clicking the orange star at the top right of the screen:

  • via the Chrome extension to keep it handy even outside the interface:

  • via the Firefox extension to keep it handy even outside the interface:

How to use it?

Two ways to interact with it, depending on your current need.

Quick actions, one click away

No need to formulate a request every time: Boond Pulse suggests actions tailored to the screen you are viewing. No more blank page syndrome.

The principle is simple: actions adapt to the context level. The deeper you go into detail, the more precise they become.

  • On a list: actions apply to the entire displayed set.

↳ E.g. on the contacts list: Draft follow-ups.

  • On a record: actions targeted to that specific item.

↳ E.g. on a contact record: Detect commitments (payment terms, deadlines, amounts…) or Express Briefing, which summarizes the record in seconds.

  • On a tab of a record: actions even more focused on the displayed data.

↳ E.g. on the Actions tab of a contact record: a summary of the latest interactions.

On a record, both record-level actions and those of the open tab are available: the more you navigate into detail, the richer the palette becomes.

Good to know

You’ll find the complete catalog of quick actions at the end of this article in the "Catalog of existing quick actions" section.

Your own requests, in natural language

You can also write to it directly, as you would to a colleague. Quick actions are just a starting point: its uses go far beyond this list. The best is to try it on your own cases.

What it can do

Prepare a meeting

Ask it to review an account’s history. It brings up the time & materials / fixed price breakdown, key issues, tools used by the prospect, and an approach strategy. No need to reread all actions one by one.

Write your follow-ups

It generates a follow-up email based on the actual history of your exchanges with the prospect. Relevant, personalized, ready to send.

Organize your day

Ask it “what should I do today to grow my business?” It analyzes your opportunities, spots the files to prioritize, and suggests an action plan: who to contact, why, and with what approach.

Audit your databases

It assesses the completion rate of your candidate database, identifies your most thorough recruiters, and suggests an action plan per recruiter.

Log history without re-entry

Paste a call summary or demo transcript. It creates the action in Boond, in the right place, and fills in the fields—including your custom fields, without overwriting what’s already filled.

Its strengths

It’s in Boond. No more copy-pasting from one tool to another. It reads and acts on your candidate, company, contact, opportunity, and action records.

It knows the business. Time & materials, fixed price, bench period, staffing, recruitment: no need to explain everything.

It also searches online. When a record’s context isn’t enough, Boond Pulse can fetch information from the web to enrich its answers.

It respects your rights. Each user only sees, via the assistant, what they are already allowed to see in Boond.

Good to know: You stay in control, and your feedback matters

Boond Pulse suggests, you validate. No action is triggered on your behalf, and it clearly tells you when an answer only covers part of the results. It’s up to you to check before using any sensitive result.

Under each answer, you can give a thumbs up 👍 or thumbs down 👎. This is the most direct way to report what works… and what can be improved. The more feedback, the faster Boond Pulse improves in the right direction.

F.A.Q.

💡Does Boond Pulse have access to all my company data?

No. It only sees what you already see in Boond, according to your user rights. Your colleagues do not have access to your conversations.

💡Can it make mistakes?

Like any AI assistant, it can sometimes make an error or only process part of the data. It will tell you when that’s the case, and you always keep final validation. Check sensitive results before using them.

💡How is this better than ChatGPT or Gemini?

These tools don’t know your Boond data. Boond Pulse works directly with your records, your history, and your business—no copy-paste needed.
