You may have used the Viewer App, which allows you to view your documents without downloading them from your interface? Now discover Viewer:
The App allows you to view any type of document: Word, PDF, JPEG, PNG, etc. without limitation.

New features
With each upgrade, we take your feedback and suggestions into account to offer new features and improvements to existing ones.
Download signed Activity Report (CRA) from an invoice
Now, you can directly download your invoice attachments (Signed Activity Report) from the relevant invoice record.
This lets you review the document before sending or simply find it more quickly.
New Manager perimeter in the Workload Plan view
In Reporting > Workload Plan you can now choose the nature of the perimeter for your search.
Resource: This displays the workload plan for resources based on the main manager or the Agency of the resource
Thus, resources belonging to the perimeter of the main manager are shown.
Project: This displays the workload plan for resources based on the main manager or the Agency of the project.
Thus, resources currently working on a project belonging to the main manager of the project are shown.
So, you can choose the desired manager perimeter and then choose whether you want to see their HR or Project perimeter.
Change action types in bulk
Maybe you sometimes procrastinate on your Todos in Boond and want to update your actions in bulk? Now it's possible!
To do so:
Go to the Actions module
Filter by perimeter and action types that interest you
Check the desired actions
Thanks to the pencil icon, you can now change the action type in bulk.
Improved Managers/Roles view
Interface Administration > Managers/Roles
To make navigation easier, we've improved the search in the Managers/Roles view so that the key words filter and states always appear without needing to click "advanced filter".
This lets you directly type the name of the desired manager and filter by active or inactive.

Other Apps that have been migrated
With this version, two applications (Answeringvalidators and SaasEditor) have been revamped in the new version. If you were already using these applications, you'll find them in the new version with all their features, without needing to revert to the previous version.
