The major evolution is the migration of the Administrator interface in the new version.

The Dashboard view has been revamped and many applications are now available in the new version :)

Summary

Dashboard View Redesign

From now on, the Dashboard view consists of two tabs:

  • Overview: which gives you a view of your latest Timesheets, Expenses, and Absences, as well as one or more dashboards (configured at the Administration level) and certain documents if the CorporateDocs application is enabled

  • Notifications: to quickly find the configured notifications. Notifications are grouped by topic and you only see the titles. You can expand all notifications or only those you choose

Administration Interface Redesign

You were all waiting for it and it's finally here!

The Administration interface has been revamped and is now available from the new version.

Click on your First Name > Administration

We took the opportunity to bring several improvements:

  • All views have been streamlined to allow you to focus on the essential settings/actions

  • New smart import function allowing you to import Candidate/CRM/Resources and Actions data yourself

  • Administration is now a module like any other and you no longer need to log out/log in if you want to switch from one admin view to another

  • New rights presentation to simplify display and understanding

  • Securing your data: it is now impossible to delete or modify essential settings that are being used. You can therefore make changes without fear of breaking your data

Migration of Applications in the New Version

ExceptionalActivity

Following your improvement suggestions, we took the opportunity to bring some enhancements to the ExceptionalActivity application ;)

  1. Two new columns have been added to provide information about the project and the delivery title (if used), as well as about the client

  2. You can, by clicking on Advanced filters, filter by Activity type and thus filter on "exceptional" work units recorded in the Administration interface.

  3. Columns are sortable: Resource, Dates, Project, Client, Time state, Recovery, and Paid.

If you want to know more, I invite you to go to the dedicated tutorial.

So, happy? :)

Other Applications

Many applications are now available directly from the new version:

  • Corporama: which allows you to develop your commercial information

  • DataClosing: which allows you to close documents such as timesheets, expense reports, and invoices

  • CreateActivityDocuments: which allows you to generate for the same resource, during the same month, several timesheets and expense reports

  • Candidates +: which is another version of the candidate module allowing you to manage your talent pool differently with unique cards

  • Compta & Paie: which allows you to configure and manage your accounting and payroll extractions

  • IntranetAccounts: which allows you to view the list of resources with an active/inactive intranet and activate/deactivate them in bulk

  • BackupBDD: which allows you to perform backups

NOTICE TO USERS OF THE EMAILING APPLICATION with a GMAIL account

As mentioned in last month's release (7.6.0), Google will require, starting June 15, 2020, the switch to oAuth2 security if you want to connect a third-party application to your Gmail account.

Our Emailing application evolved a month ago and now manages Oauth2 as the unique authentication protocol for Gmail, thus improving the security of your access.

If you have not yet modified your Emailing configuration accordingly, we invite you to open the previous release note and follow the steps in the menu \"Better management of Gmail authentication via Emailing\".

N.B.: if you do not do this, you will no longer be able to send emails via the Emailing application starting June 15, 2020.
