1. Reporting improvements
This new version adds a very large number of key indicators to the Reporting tab of the Activity Report. The main goal is to make it easier for you to manage your activity by distinguishing between indicators related to your billable resources and those working in structure, all thanks to a new set of key indicators and features.
1.1 New set of key indicators
New in your Commercial reporting:
Module Activity Reports > Reporting tab > Commercial type:
You can now display the following key indicators:
Average signed rate: Corresponds to Signed Turnover / (signed time* of your billable resources**)
ADC signed: Corresponds to Signed Costs / (signed time* of your billable resources**)
Daily profitability signed: Corresponds to Average signed rate / ADC signed
Average signed rate for employees, ADC signed for employees, Daily profitability signed for employees: See the above indicators considering only employee resources
Average signed rate for externals, ADC signed for external resources, Daily profitability signed for external resources: See the above indicators considering only external resources
Etc...: Feel free to check out all the new key indicators by customizing your reporting yourself.
*: Signed time corresponds to the sold schedule in each delivery, which is then smoothed over its period.
**: Resources are considered billable based on your interface configuration (see 1.2 Ability to distinguish "Billable" resources from non-billable ones)
New in your HR reporting:
Module Activity Reports > Reporting tab > HR type:
You can now display the following key indicators:
SARLE taken for employees: Staff Activity Rate taken (Leave Excluded) for billable employees**
SARLI taken for employees: Staff Activity Rate taken (Leave Included) for billable employees**
SARLI taken for externals: Staff Activity Rate taken (Leave Included) for billable externals**
Unbilled taken Staff Activity Rate for employees: Staff Activity Rate taken (Non-Billed) for billable employees** (= 1 - SARLE taken for employees)
Billable employees: Number of billable employees**
Billable externals: Number of billable externals**
Billable staff: Sum of the two indicators above.
Structure staff: Number of employees and externals working in structure**
Employees staff: Number of employee resources with a contract during the period
External staff: Number of external resources with a contract during the period
Etc...: Feel free to check out all the new key indicators by customizing your reporting yourself.
**: Resources are considered billable based on your interface configuration (see 1.2 Ability to distinguish "Billable" resources from non-billable ones)
New in your Global Activity reporting:
Module Activity Reports > Reporting tab > Global Activity type:
You can now display all the key indicators described above for Commercial and HR reporting as well as the following indicators:
Cost of unbilled for internal resources: Cost of non-billable employees**
Cost of unbilled for external resources: Cost of non-billable externals**
Etc...: Feel free to check out all the new key indicators by customizing your reporting yourself.
**: Resources are considered non-billable based on your interface configuration (see 1.2 Ability to distinguish "Billable" resources from non-billable ones)
Also, existing indicators have been improved to make their results more relevant for your management:
Real cost: Sum of Paid advantages, Expenses declared by your billable resources, Purchases linked to your projects (except internal projects*), ADC of your billable externals * taken time and salaries of your billable internal resources
Structure purchases: Purchases not linked to projects (except internal projects*)
Global Structure cost: Sum of Cost of unbilled for internal/external resources + Structure purchases
Margin / Paid real contributive profitability: These indicators are based on the new formulas for Real cost and therefore only take into account costs related to your billable activity (unlike the indicator below)
Margin / Paid real exploitation profitability: These indicators are based on the new formulas for Real cost and structure costs
*: Projects are considered "internal" in the indicators if they are attached to a typology configured according to 1.3 Internal projects are no longer counted in "Production"
1.2 Ability to distinguish "Billable" resources from non-billable ones
To better manage your production and structure indicators, you can now differentiate several types of Resources:
Billable = so-called Productive Resources, these Resources impact indicators specific to billable resources
Structure = Resources that do not produce, these Resources impact indicators specific to structure costs
To configure this, simply:
Go to your > Admin Interface
Global data configuration
In the Global tab > section "Resource Types", you can choose from our 4 new typologies:
1.3 Internal projects are no longer counted in "Production"
Still with the aim of improving the management of your production and structure indicators, time logged on internal projects will no longer impact production indicators. They will be included in internal activity indicators.
To configure this, simply:
Go to your > Admin Interface
Global data configuration
In the Opportunities/Projects tab > section Types of projects to consider as "Internal", move internal projects to the left column + Save
2. New management of your managers' rights
It is now easier to manage your Managers' rights thanks to a more dynamic and above all more complete rights table.
2.1 Redesigned graphical view
1 - A "Access perimeter" column has been created to determine which Perimeter your Manager has access to (hover over the field for a detailed explanation of each Perimeter):
2 - A "Access type" column for Read / Write, which allows you to manage the cards your Manager will have access to. There are 2 access types Simple and Extended for the different Modules, except for the "Time, Expenses & Absences" Module, which includes a higher access level "Absolute" = Read/Write for all cards in the group -> see chapter 2.3 New "Supreme" right in time, expenses & absences
3 - Our old columns "Actions tab + Administrative Data + Fields" have been replaced by a single "Access Authorizations"
For each Module, you now have the details of Access Authorizations by hovering over the
. You can check the "Items" you want to make accessible to your Manager.
4 - Our old columns "Extraction + Export + Reassignment + Deletion" have been replaced by a single "Operations"
For each Module, you now have the details of Operations by hovering over the
. You can check the Rights you want to make accessible to your Manager.
Warning: Deletion and Extraction rights remain sensitive and should not be given to all your Managers.
2.2 Activity Reports: Allow your managers to manage the activity of their agency/business unit/pole
This new version offers greater flexibility in access to the Activity Reports Module, to optimize management of activity by your Managers.
Until now, access to the data in the "Reporting" tab was very restricted unless you gave "supreme" rights (Read/Write for all group data). Now, you can grant your managers access to the reportings for their agency/business unit/pole without giving extended access to other modules.
You can also choose the tabs you want to make accessible: Reporting / Distribution by Clients / Projects / Resources
2.3 New "Absolute" right in time, expenses & absences
Now, a new "Absolute" right has been created to facilitate the management of Time, Expenses & Absences. This right allows Read/Write for all cards in the group in the Time, Expenses & Absences module, which now avoids giving the Read/Write key for all group data—a sensitive key as it gave access to all data including the "Administrative" tab of the resource card for Managers at the same or higher hierarchical level!
3. Global improvements
3.1 Add a mandatory question when validating absence requests
You can now add mandatory closed questions (YES or NO) to your Resources when they request absences.
To configure this, simply:
Go to your Admin Interface
Click the Legal Agencies tab > then go to your agency
Go to the Time, Expenses & Absences tab > in the Absence Request section, you can enter the questions you want + Save
Since the questions are mandatory, your Resources will not be able to validate their Absence Request without answering them:
Answers to the questions are then historized on absence requests (web card and internal pdf):
3.2. Differentiate several types of "External" resources
You can now differentiate several types of "External" Resources by configuring them as:
Billable External: which corresponds for example to external consultants to be rebilled
Structure External: which will be more used for a Manager, an external provider working on marketing/recruitment/etc..., for whom we do not talk about a Contract but a Daily purchase rate. These resources will not be billed to your clients and will impact structure costs.
To configure this, simply:
Go to your > Admin Interface
Global data configuration
In the Global tab > section "Resource Types", you can choose between Billable External and Structure External
