CorporateDoc Application

Make files available to your resources!

Do you have company documents that should be accessible by all your resources or even just certain types of resources (Internal/External Consultants, Business Engineers, ...)? Now, thanks to the CorporateDoc application, you can make these documents available to them!

2. Customize the homepage displayed on your resources' intranet

Choose the text and logo to display

Want to customize the message displayed on your resources' dashboard? Nothing could be easier.

Simply ask your administrator to follow this path: Administrator Interface > Global Data Configuration > Intranet tab

Once on this screen, you can:

  • 1 - Decide to display your company logo instead of the BoondManager fox (Note: The logo displayed is the one defined in the Company Logo section shown on the home page of the administrator interface)

  • 2 - Write the text (in markdown) that will appear on the homepage of your resources' intranet

Once you've finished your changes, don't forget to save to apply your modifications!

P.S.: If you want to see the result of your work for yourself, remember to set the login and password for one of your resources so you can log in from their perspective.

3. A big step forward with actions

3.1 Memorizing the creation date

Are you bothered by the fact that the action date can be modified at any time? Would you like to know when the action was created? We thought of you with this new feature.
Now, on all action cards, you'll find at the top the date and time when it was created.

Note: Any action created before the delivery date (10/27/26) will have its creation date set to the action date at the time of delivery

3. A big step forward with actions

3.2 Addition of indicators linked to this creation date

To help you make the most of this new feature, we've also added indicators in commercial reporting (Activity Reports module > Reporting tab > Commercial type).

Until now, you had indicators showing the number of actions (of each type) entered for the searched period (these indicators were based on the action date selected in the calendar). Now, in addition to these indicators, you also have access to the number of actions (of each type) created during the searched period.

Note: By default, we do not display these indicators (so as not to disrupt your current reporting). If you want to view them, don't forget to click on Configuration (cogwheel shown in blue in the screenshot) then add them to your list of indicators for commercial reporting.

Note 2: These indicators have only been added for actions related to the CRM module.

4. Improved "Share" function

4_1 Insert the list of recipients in your message

If you want to indicate in your sharing email the names of the people you shared the card with, it's now possible. To do this, simply ask your administrator to:

  • Go to the administrator interface > Global Data Configuration > Card Sharing tab

  • Go to the section corresponding to the type of cards for which you want to indicate the recipients' names

  • Add the variable [ALL_RECIPIENTS] in the body of the message of your choice

  • Save

Thus, the next time you share, the tool will automatically insert the recipients' names in your email.

4. Improved "Share" function

4_2 History of shares made

To help you keep track of shares made via BoondManager (and the people each card was shared with), we've decided to generate a Notification action for each share.

To view them, simply go to the Actions tab of the relevant card and then click on the filter to display actions of type Notification. To apply this change, remember to click outside this filter after checking Notification.

You will then see a line detailing the day and time of the share as well as its recipients.

5_1 Memorizing search filters in the administrator interface > "Managers/Roles" tab

Attention Administrators, those of you tired of constantly adjusting the filters in the Managers/Roles tab of the administrator interface, that time is over!

Indeed, for those with several inactive manager accounts, this could quickly become annoying.
So we've kept the system used elsewhere in the application to memorize your filters: your cookies!

You will have the pleasant surprise of seeing the little orange pin appear at the top right which, when clicked, will allow you to

  • Memorize your search

  • Do not memorize your search

  • Reset filters for your search

5_2 Addition of application/intervention domain filters in the Projects module

If you want to search your projects by Application Domains and/or Intervention Domains, it's now possible.

Simply go to the Projects Module:

5_3 Download all attachments for your expenses at once!

If some expense reports contain a large number of receipts, you previously had to download them one by one. To make your task easier, we've made it possible to download them all at once.

To do this, simply go to the relevant expense report and click the Export button.

Note: You must have Export rights for the Timesheets, Expenses & Absence module to see this button. If you don't see it, please ask your Administrator to grant you this right.

A pop-up will then appear asking what you want to export:

  • The document & attachments

  • Document only

  • Attachments only

Once you've made your choice, the export will be performed and you can then download it from the Download Center.

5_4 Comments on invoices

Ability to automatically copy the order comment to display it on the invoice

This kind of new feature will interest those who used to display the invoice Comments field on the PDF and used it to show a special mention requested by their client.

To avoid having to enter it in the comment field of each invoice, we've added a checkbox which, once checked, will activate the copying of the Comments field from your order to all future generated invoices.

To activate this, simply

  • Go to the relevant order card > Information tab > General invoice settings section

  • Check the checkbox Copy comments to each new invoice

  • Save to apply your changes

Note: The copy of the order comment field will be made only for future generated invoices.

5_5 Even more information in your exports!

To help you make the most of exports, we've added:

  • The Pole field: For exports of Candidates/Resources/Opportunities/Projects/Deliveries

  • The Order number field for invoice exports.

  • The Period concerned by each payment (Purchases module)
