🔔 Document Management with Expiration Dates
Whether it’s residence permits or employee certifications, documents with expiration dates are numerous and tracking them is often no easy task.
Thanks to BoondManager, this tedious task becomes child’s play and you can easily:
define which documents to track for each resource;
be alerted when an expiration date is approaching;
choose to acknowledge an alert or renew the document.

🔂 Trial Period Tracking
To offer you better management/better tracking of trial periods for your employees, you can:
mark a trial period as validated (and remove the associated alert);
indicate that a trial period has been renewed;
define an end date for the trial period easily thanks to a calculation aid (contract start + x months).
Navigation and Collaboration
✍️ Edit the state of cards from the overview tab
Edit the state of a card directly from the overview tab is now possible, allowing you to save time in qualifying and processing your profiles.
📑 Overview tab in the CRM
To make it easier to read a company and contact card, the new overview view lets you see:
the essential information (contacts, managers...)
the latest activities associated (actions, positionings, deliveries...)

⚙️ Configure columns in other modules
This feature is already integrated in the candidates module but we have extended it to our other modules: resources and actions.
As a reminder, this feature allows you to:
Customize the list view by selecting the columns to display and their order of appearance.
Resize the width of your chosen columns simply by clicking on the edge of a column and dragging left or right 🤩.

This new feature allows you to easily track the collection of your invoices thanks to the associated payment history (amount and date) and view the Amount Due.

📁 Delete/archive certain references from global settings
To lighten your dropdown menus as much as possible, you can now delete/archive:
types of opportunities/projects "Recruitment" and "Product" (archiving);
types of resources and candidates;
HR data references;
states/steps.
With a clean interface 🧹, your users’ data entry will only improve 😁.
