You’ve all been waiting for it, and it’s finally here 🤩
This new feature allows you to centralize all notifications for each user(usually received by email).
With the Notification Center, you can:
Choose which notifications you want to receive (and especially those you don’t want to receive)
Set where you want to receive them (web app, email, mobile app)
Track a processing/read state so you don’t miss anything

📑 A Synthetic View of Your Candidate Cards
An extremely anticipated new feature 🥳.
This update allows you to have a view that centralizes key information about a candidate, enabling you to quickly see:
the candidate’s essential information (contacts, managers...);
the latest associated activities (actions);
the main technical file
the resume
the latest positionings;
...
Direct links to elements/sub-elements are provided, ensuring smoother and faster navigation.

🔬 A New Search Engine
To make your searches easier in the Candidate, Resource, CRM, Opportunity, Action, and Product modules.
This new engine lets you quickly find:
An action where you discussed a specific topic/word
Candidates/resources that may match an opportunity
Opportunities that may match a profile
And all thanks to the little extras that make all the difference in keyword search:
Indexing of words contained in attachments
Expert operators: AND, OR, NOT, "", ()
Indexing of your standardized references (e.g.: Activity areas, tools, languages, ...)

🔎 Dynamic Filtering
To help you with operational monitoring of your activity, two new dynamic filters are now available.
Addition of Dynamic Perimeters
On the Perimeter filter, a new option lets you have filtered views that adapt to the user.
Adding this dynamic filter lets you filter by your agencies, your business units, your poles, your managers N-1, or your data, making saved searches more powerful.
Addition of Dynamic Periods
To let you manage filters with an operational vision without changing the period every month, especially when using saved searches, a new option lets you filter by a dynamic period such as "this week", "this month", "this fiscal year", etc.

📱Mobile Apps: Discussion Threads
On mobile, a great new update is now available: you can use Discussion threads for each accessible card (Timesheets, Expenses & Absences, Candidates, Resources, Companies, Contacts, Opportunities, and Actions).

🗓️ View Absence Planning
This month, we’re delivering another great feature 🤗.
Now, you can view an absence planning. This feature is very useful for anticipating leave periods.
We’ve created a new Planning module that lets you have a synthetic view of your employees’ leave when you go to the Absences view.

From the Planning module > Absences view, you can view validated and non-validated absences. If needed, a link lets you access requests made by your employee.

🔖 Improve Reference Management on Technical Data
To enrich your Technical Files and the references/experiences of your candidates, we’ve added:
Numerous job fields (function, company, start, end, location, skills, description)
The ability to re-order them (drag & drop)
New Standardized Fields
New standardized fields now enrich the references in the Technical File.
From now on, references consist of the following fields:
Function
Company
Location
Start date and End date
Skills
Description

These fields are of course usable in DocTemplates and offer you more options for structuring the technical file.
Drag and Drop on References
A new feature is available allowing you to use the drag and drop function to edit, update the display order of references.

Decide if your users can view (from search) certain cards based on their state or their type.

⚙️ Right to Filter by Managers of Their Business Units
To give more meaning to Business units and avoid cluttering your users’ perimeter filter with managers who aren’t relevant to them, we’ve added a variable "Managers of their Business units" in the search filter configuration.
You can use this variable so your user has, in the perimeter filter of this module, the ability to filter data associated with one or more managers of their Business units.
