February isn\'t just the month for lovers—it\'s also when you\'ll discover plenty of new features that will delight you.
Client Timesheet Signature
This enhancement aims to simplify the retrieval of signed timesheets.
⠀
Process for Sending the Timesheet for Signature
From your collaborator\'s timesheet, you can send a unique link from Boond with the document to be validated by the client (no need for a log in/password).
Verify the Information
Once the timesheet is filled out, you can click the Signature button and:
Specify the document to sign
The client PDF will send the client CRA from BoondManager
You can also attach another document
Download and thus view the sent document
Enter the expected validator\'s email address
Send the document
⠀
❓Good to Know
The address entered for the validator will be automatically reused for future times.
Once sent:
the selected document is automatically attached in the Signed Documents section and attachments in the "Document pending signature" state
in the Pending Task section, you can see who sent it, when it was sent, and track your progress in the validation process
⠀
Client Signature
The person indicated as Validator will receive an email with a unique code allowing them to validate the sent document.
Here\'s how it works
⠀
❓Good to Know
You can customize the email template for sending by going to Administration > Global Settings > Activity and Expenses tab.
Once validation is done, the person whose email address was entered as Validator receives a confirmation email.
⠀
Reception of Signed Timesheets
The expected task is completed and by clicking on the project name you can view various information
The attached document is flagged as Signed Document
⠀
Timesheet Signature Reminder
If needed, you can remind the validator.
They will then receive a reminder email.
⠀
❓Good to Know
You can customize the reminder email template by going to Administration > Global Settings > Activity and Expenses tab.
Search Saving
⠀
Feature Overview
Whatever the modules, to avoid having to reconfigure the same search criteria (key words, filters, sorting and display), you can:
save a configuration of search criteria (e.g.: Key words = Developer AND Javascript, Availability: ASAP, Mobility: Ile-de-France, Display: List ...)
name these searches to easily find them (e.g.: "Java developers available in Paris")
⠀
Save a Search
It\'s simple. Just go to the relevant module, perform your search, then click Save the search.
⠀
Edit a Saved Search
To edit a search, you must:
Edit your filters according to your new needs
Open the dropdown menu of saved searches
Click the pencil to the right of the view to update
Rename the search if needed
Check Replace search criteria with the current search
Save
⠀
Delete a Saved Search
Here\'s how to proceed:
Mobile Application
⠀
Access to the Candidates Module
On IOS and Android, you can now access candidates and get their contact information and actions.
⠀
💡Can\'t see the Candidates module?
Remember to click the "... More" menu on the right of your menu bar. If you want to add the Candidates module for direct access, see below in the "Configure your menu bar" section.
⠀
Good News
For Android phone users, your phone can also recognize the calling candidate by linking with the BoondManager app.
For IOS users, you\'ll need to wait until April to benefit.
⠀
Create and Edit Actions
To log your actions wherever you are, the mobile app is evolving and initially lets you edit your actions and soon create them directly from the app.
⠀
Create Company and Contact
You can now create companies and contacts directly from the mobile app.
⠀
Configure your Menu Bar
To move faster and make navigation easier, you can customize the modules displayed in your menu bar.
Other Improvements
⠀
PUSH Actions: Log Email Content and Recipients
Currently, PUSH actions via the Emailing app let you log the list of sent attachments and the list of relevant CRM contacts. The idea is to also log the content of the sent email and all recipients (to, cc, bcc).
⠀
🚨❓IMPORTANT!
If you want to benefit, go to Administration > Global Settings > Actions / states tab > at the bottom of your Action page created from a push in the Emailing App to configure it.
⠀
Increase the Number of Positioning States
Until now, you could configure up to 10 states for positionings.
Now, you can configure 15 just like for other states.
⠀
