01/16/2012 - Delivery of version 4.3 of your BoondManager application!

We have implemented a set of common improvements across all BoondManager modules:

  • Improved display of financial amounts with a thousands separator

  • Confirmation required for all deletions of attachments

  • Added a key on the "Information" tab to make a candidate/opportunity invisible to other Managers, except Managers in their hierarchy

Send an email

  • You can now click the "Send an Email" button

    next to CRM contacts / Candidates / Resources / Invoices emails

  • For Google Apps / Gmail users, we invite you to install the Google Notifier utility, which provides various features including the ability to set Gmail as your default email client

Projects

  • Ability to assign different project managers from opportunity managers

Purchases

  • Purchases can now be associated with projects; from the "Project" card click "Create Purchase" or from a "Purchase" card click "Change Project"

CRM

  • Added the "Application areas" field to CRM contacts

Business units

Creation of a new data type "Business units", which allows you to:

  • Group managers by affinity

  • Launch searches by BU

  • Associate manager configuration keys by BU

You can now create "cross-functional" manager groups sharing the same data, from the "Business units" module in your Administrator account.

Billing

  • Default configuration for purchase orders and definition of a list of states locking the invoice and preventing its modification. These configurations are done from the "Billing Configuration" tab of your "Agency" card, from your Administrator account

  • Invoices can be created from timesheets and expense reports, after document validation by the validation workflow by clicking "Client Invoice"

  • Ability to separate billing for time and expenses. This is only available for purchase orders configured with monthly billing

  • Added the "Deadlines" field to the "Type" filter in the "Billing" module.
    You can now search by deadlines to identify invoices associated with each deadline and facilitate your billing follow-up

  • Improved billing templates, via the "Billing Configuration" tab of your "Agency" card, from your Administrator account:

  • All alphanumeric characters and the "_" character can now be used

  • Possible definition of static variables {MM}, {YY} and {YYYY}, which allow you to avoid resetting invoice numbering with each change of these variables (new year/new month)

MarketPlace & Apps

We now fully open our platform and allow you to extend BoondManager with the features you want:

  • Connect BoondManager to your IS

  • Develop your own activity reports

  • Synchronize BoondManager with your email and collaborative calendar

  • Link BoondManager with your social networks

  • Generate your own exports

  • Manage forecast schedules

  • ...

Only your imagination now limits how you want to use BoondManager.

To benefit from these features, you can install the Apps you want, only from your Administrator account, by visiting our marketplace (located at the top right of the interface).


We launch our marketplace by making available 3 applications developed by our technical teams:

  • to generate a payroll preparation file for all your resources (by Agency)

  • to synchronize with Google Calendar

  • to synchronize with Google Mail
