Delivery of a new App that will revolutionize your daily routine: WNotifications!

The marketplace is enriched with a new App installed by default for all users:

WNotifications: Management of alerts & warnings on BoondManager - Link to the roadmap suggestion on our support

Its goal is to encourage you to handle reminders/warnings/inconsistencies present on BoondManager:

  • handle reminders / actions to be performed

  • follow up on candidates, resources, opportunities, projects, orders, invoices

  • be alerted to the birthdays of your resources

  • validate timesheets, expense reports, and absence requests

  • ...

These notifications will be communicated to you:

  • by email:

  • every day for notifications of type "reminders / actions to be performed" as well as follow-up for timesheets, expense reports, and absence requests to be validated

  • every week for other notifications such as: Opportunities not updated for X days, Projects without "mission monitoring" for X days, Resources without "Interview" for X days, birthdays of Resources, Candidates not updated for X days, Projects "in progress" without order (...)

  • directly from the interface by clicking on "My apps" "WNotifications" or via the "Dashboard"

ATTENTION: Only your administrator can configure which notifications are displayed!

"Administrator" interface > section "My Apps" > App "WNotifications" > "Configure" button

Please refer to the App WNotifications description page to configure it correctly.

Our goal: Encourage you to identify and handle actions to be performed on BoondManager!

Filtering actions by type on each "Actions" tab of the cards

On the "Actions" tab of the Resource, Candidate, CRM, Opportunities, Projects, Orders, and Invoice cards, a multi-criteria selection area

Action 1

Action 2

Action 3

Action 4

Notifications

now allows you to filter the actions to display. By default, notifications are no longer displayed on the tab and must be selected via this filter.

Our goal: Make the "Actions" tabs more readable!

Calculation of payment date at X days end of month

Many of you pointed out that we had chosen a method for calculating the payment date at X days end of month for invoices that is rarely used in France. Indeed, according to this article, we had chosen the second method. We have decided to satisfy you by implementing the first calculation method for all your upcoming invoices, namely: End of the month of the invoice date + X days.

Our goal: Match your practices!

Archiving types of work units, expenses & mileage rates

You now have the ability to archive your types of hours, expenses & mileage rates. "Administrator" interface > Agencies > Agency card > "Configuration of Times, Expenses & Absences" tab For example: you can therefore enter new mileage rates every year and instruct BoondManager to archive the old ones.

Our goal: Avoid cluttering BoondManager with obsolete data!

Management of Agencies: definition of secondary agencies for Managers

If you have several Agencies and want your Managers to access certain Agencies without giving full access to the group; from the administration interface, it is now possible to define "Secondary Agencies" that your Managers can access according to the configuration keys defined for each. "Administrator" interface > Accounts > Account card > "Secondary Agencies" field Example 1: by default, Managers therefore have read-only access to candidates from their main Agency & their secondary Agencies.

Example 2: if the key "read projects/orders/invoices from all their agencies/business units" is activated, Managers therefore have read-only access to projects/orders/invoices from their main Agency & their secondary Agencies.

Our goal: Fine-tune the read/write rights of your Managers!
