Apps > Contracts
Contracts displays all your resources contracts (filled in on the "Administrative" tab of each Resource card).
You can filter by:
Perimeter
Type of resources
State of resources
Period
You can also do a CSV extraction of those contracts.
Requirements
To install this app, you need to have access to the Administration: Your name > Administration > Apps / MarketPlace > Marketplace tab.
Once the application has been installed, go to Managers/Roles to activate the App for managers who will be using it.
IMPORTANT !
The application will display all contractual data of each resource, to the manager accessing it.
As it is sensitive data, you must be careful who you grant access with this app.
