If your client's address does not appear on the invoices, it means that no billing details have been specified on the CRM company card of your client.

To change this, you need to go to your client's company card (in the CRM), specify the "Billing Details" section, then go to your project order and select the new address from the order card.

Directly from the company card

CRM > Company card > Billing tab

By default, the tool replicates the company information defined in the Information tab. You can then specify the billing details you want to display on your invoices (Company, Contact, Email, Address1, Address2...).

For the email addresses used to send your invoices, you can enter up to 10 recipients.

Use Different Emails for Invoice Sending and Follow-up Reminders

On the right side of the billing details record, you can specify different email addresses depending on the type of sending: initial sending or reminder.

  • In the Details field, you can enter one or more billing addresses (main recipients, CC and/or BCC) that will be used for standard invoice sending via Emailing when selecting Send by email.

  • In the Reminder Details field, you can enter one or more reminder addresses for these same invoices (main recipients, CC and/or BCC) that will be used when sending via Emailing by selecting Send reminder by email.

You can identify invoices whose payment date has passed using the dynamic date filter Scheduled payment date: until today applied to all your unpaid invoice statuses.

This will allow you to select them and process a bulk reminder.

Note

From Administration > Legal Agencies > Billing Tab you can:

  • Choose the sender email address for all your invoice mailings

  • Set an email address to be systematically CC’d on all invoice mailings

In your reminder email template, you can indicate a Reminder 1 or Reminder 2 status after sending, to make them easier to identify and adjust the message content accordingly.

FAQ

Why is my client’s address not showing on my invoice?

If your client’s address does not appear on the invoices, it means that no billing details have been set in the CRM company record for your client, or they have not been selected on the related order.

To fix this, you must go to your client’s company record (in the CRM), complete the Billing Details section, then go to your project’s order and select the new address from the order record.
