This article details the 4 options available to you for generating an invoice for your projects in TA/Managed Services.

Option 1 – from the PostProduction app
My Apps > PostProduction App
You have 2 methods to generate invoices with PostProduction:
Individually generate your invoice by clicking the "Generate Invoice" button
Bulk generate your invoices by clicking the "Generate Invoices" button
Each invoice generated via this App is automatically switched to the "Proforma" stage, meaning without invoice reference, so you can validate them from the Billing module.
If the "Generate Invoice" icon is grayed out:
Either you are missing an order linking the delivery to your project (from this App, it is only possible to generate invoices for deliveries linked to an order)
Or an invoice has already been issued during the month in question

Option 2 – from the Billing module
Billing Module > "Monthly" Menu
From the "Billing" module > select the "Monthly" menu and adjust the period to the one you want to bill.
Identify the invoices not generated for the studied month for your projects in TA / Managed Services (See.Billing control)
Click on the orders for which there is a discrepancy between the Production Turnover and the Charged Turnover -> 1
Enter the order to create the Invoice (see option 3 below)
Check the information automatically transferred to the invoice card displayed on the screen (period, rate excluding VAT, quantity, expenses, VAT, etc.) and complete any missing information
Click on the "Save" button or press the "Enter" key on your keyboard
View the invoice in PDF format and/or send it directly by email to your client

Option 3 – from the project order concerned
Projects Module > Project card > Billing tab -> click on the relevant order
Click on the "+" button then choose "Invoice"
Select the desired due date in the tooltip that appears on the screen
Click on the "Create" button
Check the information automatically transferred to the invoice card displayed on the screen (period, rate excluding VAT, quantity, expenses, VAT, etc.) and complete any missing information
Click on the "Save" button
View the invoice in PDF format and/or send it directly by email to your client

Option 4 – from a resource's Timesheet
Check that all timesheets and expense reports for resources assigned to the project have been validated from the Timesheets, Expenses & Absences module or via the App ExtractPayroll.
Validated timesheet of a resource > click on the "Invoice" button
Click on the "Invoice" button
Select the corresponding order in the window displayed on the screen
Click "Yes"
Projects Module > Project card > Billing tab > Order card > Invoice
Check the information automatically transferred to the invoice card displayed on the screen (period, rate excluding VAT, quantity, expenses, VAT, etc.) and complete any missing information
Click on the "Save" button or press the "Enter" key on your keyboard
View the invoice in PDF format and/or send it directly by email to your client
