Activity areas represent expertise areas. By default, nearly 30 activity areas are available in BoondManager: Aeronautics, Automotive, Insurance, Banking, Chemistry, Defense…
These activity areas are useful to qualify:
the expertise areas of company records in the CRM,
the expertise areas of your candidates and resources on their technical data (TD),
the expertise area you want to associate with your opportunities (business opportunities). By default, the tool uses the expertise area of the relevant lead / client.
Once again, we recommend that you customize them before you start using them. To do this, you need to go to Administration > Global Settings > HR and Commercial Evaluations.
