Installing & configuring the app
To install the app, you must have access rights to the Administration, section Apps/Marketplace.
Administration > Apps/Marketplace > Marketplace tab > Emergency contacts

Dependency on Resource Module Rights
This app adds an additional section to the Administrative tab of the Resource card. Any manager with "read" rights on the "Administrative Data" group of the "Resources" module will see the information.
Adding an emergency contact to a card
This app adds an additional section to the Administrative tab of the Resource card.
Resource card > Administrative tab > At the bottom of the page
Here you can add up to 2 emergency contacts:
Enter the contact's first and last name
Then add the phone number
Finally, specify the relationship to the resource

Can I add more contacts?
It is not possible to add more than 2 emergency contacts.
Can I modify the "Relationship" dropdown list?
It is not possible to customize this list. We have included the most common options. Feel free to suggest new categories you think are important to our support, who will transfer your insight!
Can I hide this section from a manager even if they have access to the Administrative tab?
If the manager has access to the Administrative tab (read rights on Administrative Data) and you have chosen to use the Emergency Contacts app, then they will be able to see this section. It is not possible to hide only this section.
