In order to track and analyse your processes, you can clarify the reason for the end of a process on a few types of cards.

Identifying 'states' for the end of a process
The  icon appears at the end of a line of a 'state'. This is where you can create labels for the end of a process.

You can update the end of a process at any time by using the Archive option.

Setting the end of a process on a card
When the end of a process is assigned to a 'state' of a card, a pop-up appears in order for you to select the reason for the end of a process and also add a comment if you wish for more details.

On the relevant modules, you'll be able to see the reason for the end of a contract, and for some modules, you shall be able to see comments as well.
