You wish to differentiate new deliveries from renewed deliveries or deliveries created for substitutions or work reinforcements? Setting delivery types will be necessary to help you analyse your business with more precision.
Creating delivery types
Administration > Global Settings section > Opportunities/Projects tab > Delivery types section
You have the possibility to choose a label to differentiate:
a new delivery for a new project
a renewed delivery
a new delivery for an existing project
The label will be set by default in the case described.
⠀
Letting scenario work
Once delivery types are created, BoondManager takes care of everything!
A new delivery for a new project
Each time you create a new project, a delivery is detected as being a new delivery for a new project and the right type will be set.
Frequently Asked Question
For projects that were created before October 15th, 2022 (release date of this feature), you will have to go to each delivery to choose the matching delivery type.
A renewed delivery
In case of renewing a delivery, BoondManager will automatically detect the matching type.
A new delivery for an existing project
In the same way, if you create a new delivery on an existing project, BoondManager will detect it and set the matching type.
⠀
Changing delivery type manually
If you've created delivery types that don't have a scenario attached (for particular cases that you wish to track such as salary promotions or consultant replacements), you will have to set the type manually.
⠀
Track and analyse your projects
Filtering by Type
Projets > Deliveries tab
We are providing you with a delivery type filter that will allow you to refine your search.
Indicators for monitoring
